MOQ Requirements

Production Lead Time

Production lead time is confirmed per order after the written specification, artwork or sample status, quantity and current production plan are reviewed.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed per order. A deposit is typically required to schedule production, with the balance settled before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Zhongshan, China via air or sea, with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW) agreed per order.

Customs & Duties

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists to support customs clearance.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by customs, force majeure, or carrier disruptions are outside our control; we will keep you informed throughout.
